Deploy your chain
Deploying your chain in the Basalt dashboard will allow you to monitor your chain in your own applications.
Deploy to production
Once you've created your chain and tested it thoroughly in the playground, you can deploy it to production.
Go to your chain Overview
Go to your chain Overview and click the "slug" button in the deployment section.
Follow the steps to deploy
A modal will open with the steps to deploy your chain. Follow the steps to deploy your chain. Enter a unique identifier for your chain. This will be used to identify your chain in the API.
Verify you have your API key. If you don't have it, you can create one in the your Settings.
Choose your slug carefully as it must be unique within your workspace and cannot be modified after deployment.
You did it! Your chain is now deployed and you can now push traces & logs to it..
